Default Avery 12 slots

Has anybody put the Dakota Mallard floaters in the 12 slot Deluxe Avery bags? If so how was the fit?

Default FA Stand-a-Lone bag

I keep mine in the FA floater bags and they fit good I would imagine that Avery bag will work good to

I put mine in a Avery 12 slot bag last year and it worked pretty good. Dakota is coming out with a 12 slot bag this year also! Might want to check those out too once they are avalible!

The avery bags will work but they are a little to tight and will ripe at the seems after awhile of use. If you are looking to put your decoys in slotted bags, the just wait for the Dakota 12 slot bags.

I have a few of them and they work ok there hard to get started in the bag especially in a boat.

I got a better 12 slot bag from Rogers for like 28 bucks..plenty of room and better construction

I like the idea of having a top that will close. Do the bags you guys are talking about have a top. I do alot of packing on atv's and pull sleds, the last thing I need are dekes falling out of the bags in the dark. Thanks!

Yes, more of a flap that will buckle securly instead of the conventional mud skirt on the top that cinches close..

I wish there would be more slotted bags like the Avery deluxe bag. They're a little bigger than the standard avery slotted bags, protect the heads a little better, and keeps a better shape when stacking. I wish they all had a zip up top like that and had pouches where you can stick all of the field stakes (if your field hunting), extra anchors, etc.
