I was Born and raised in Northeast Iowa. I am happily married to my wife Bridget. My first experiences of duck and goose hunting started when I was 10 years old and from there I was hooked. . I have to give all the thanks to my dad and late uncle for getting me started in this very addicting sport! My hunting started off only in Iowa but through the years has taken me to a few states including, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Missouri. It seems to me the past ten years these birds have become a lot smarter than they were before. With that comes the need for a quality decoy. That is where the Dakota decoys come in!! When not waterfowl hunting I enjoy hunting turkeys, deer, varmits, and every now and then I get talked into going pheasant hunting.
