My passion for the outdoors began at a very young age, hunting with my Grandfather for Ruffed Grouse. When I was sixteen I was invited by a friend on an opening day hunt for ducks, and became instantly addicted.

     Twenty-five years later, I still get that same feeling when a flock is cupped and committed. I currently am a Field Expert for Drake Waterfowl Systems.

     I am also chairman of our local Ducks Unlimited chapter, which I have been a part of for the past 12 years. I believe conservation and devoting one's time is important in keeping the sport alive.

     I am honored to be given this opportunity and look forward to being a field staff member for the Dakota Decoy team.
