Brad began hunting at the age of seven with his father and grandfather in southwest Michigan and has been an outdoor enthusiast ever since. Brad was fortunate enough to be born into a family that shares a rich hunting heritage in an area that offers a broad collection of superior hunting opportunities.
At the age of twelve Brad made both his first wild turkey and whitetail bow and arrow kill and at the age of fifteen he was introduced to waterfowl hunting. With the adrenaline rush that was, and still is, experienced each and every time Brad steps foot into the woods, fields or water, it was very evident that he would devote any free time that he has to being outdoors. Brad has been privileged in his passion for waterfowl hunting to spend his fall and winter months chasing the migration from Canada, throughout his home state of Michigan and into the potholes of North Dakota and the several states that lie between. In the fall, when he’s not active in chasing the migration, Brad still enjoys spending time in his tree stand as well as upland bird hunting with his Vizsla, Bailey.
In the spring and summer months Brad enjoys chasing gobblers across southwest Michigan, as well as tournament bass fishing. As the end of summer nears, Brad gets back into waterfowl mode and enjoys working shows and events across the country. In the past he has traveled with Rig 'Em Right and the Dawn Patrol crew and this year he is proud to also be representing Dakota Decoys. Brad contributes much of his success in the outdoors to being taught the proper ethics and responsibilities at such a young age, as well as to the gear and equipment he uses. Therefore, it was a no brainer for Brad to join forces with the Dakota Team!
