My name is C.J. Sharp I was born and raised in NW Ohio, where I still live with my fiancé Jackie and son Gage. Ever since I can remember I have always had an interest in the outdoors. I believe my father is the one to blame for that. You could catch us any Saturday morning out in the woods chasing squirrels, rabbits and pheasants. My obsession didn’t develop till I turned 15 and was introduced to waterfowling. Ever since that first flock of mallards came in cupped up I have been hooked. It wasnt till 3 years ago when my love for the sport turned to field hunting for big canadas. When I am not out hunting you can find me either out spending time with my family, training my black lab Drake or scouting for the next days hunt. From the early season in September to the late season Freeze in January, nothing stops me from chasing ducks and geese, somewhere in between I aslo find time to chase whitetails as well. Waterfowling had not only become an obsession but it has become a way of life for me. Its is a sport I hold dear in my heart and I cannot wait to pass down my knowledge to my son and other young hunters for years to come.
