Jason was raised in west-central Minnesota, in a major staging area for waterfowl. My passion for waterfowl hunting has been passed down by my family and friends. Raised on a farm I was able to see first hand how vital wildlife is to our economy. I met my wife through mutual friends and got married in 2008, she is very understanding when fall comes i am gone, so she can shop. We have two very special labs, Max and Hawk they are our children, I currently work for the Canadian Pacific Railway as a conductor. During the offseason, which when it comes to waterfowl hunting you don't really have I am always looking for new ways to improve from the previous years, and advance my learning in the industry to keep up to date on what’s new and coming. I work with some different groups to help preserve what wildlife habitat we have left. I want my children to be able to have someplace to hunt when they get old enough. I enjoy fishing, and working with my dogs watching them learn new techniques is always appreciated. I also enjoy getting new people involved in hunting too show them what it has to offer there is not a better feeling than seeing a youngster shoot his very first bird and knowing he is hooked for life.
